Our primary objective at HeetShield is the development of products to suit our customers’ needs. We provide you with existing or custom-made products to meet your specific criteria. For custom-made solutions, HeetShield will manage the advanced development process in collaboration with you throughout the design process:
- Conceptual design
- Concept demonstration
- Product fabrication
- Testing of proof-of-concept prototypes
- Pilot production runs
- Testing of pre-production test articles in support of this effort we will:
- Develop conceptual and detailed designs, and construction methods.
- Conduct evaluations of advanced materials under relevant conditions.
- Fabricate and deliver components, such as test coupons or complete systems.
- Integrate instrumentation into the test article(s), as appropriate.
- Support development and integration of construction methods to optimize insulation performance in the end use application.
- Develop and test methods to improve the interaction of the mechanical interface with other system components.
- Develop written test plans and procedures.
- Perform a technical analysis of test results, and prepare corresponding test documentation and reports.
- Prepare cost estimates and cost/benefit analyses.
